66-19119, Boeing build number B-377, was a CH-47B helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 27 June 1967. 66-19119 accumulated 5,330.0 aircraft hours.

At some point, 66-19119 was assigned C Company - "Haulmark", 159th Assault Support Helicopter Battalion (ASHB) located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

In 1976, 66-19119 was flown to Fort Eustis, Virginia. The rotor blades and aft pylon were removed to facilitate loading onto a surface vessel for deployment to Europe in support of the annual training exercise Return to Forces Europe (REFORGER). The vessel docked in an unknown port in Belgium where the aircraft was reassembled. 66-19119 then continued on to an unknown location in the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany). Upon completion of REFORGER, 66-19119 returned to Fort Campbell.

On 22 July 1987, 66-19119 was inducted into the D model program and converted to 87-00101.

The last known location of 66-19119 was at Boeing during the conversion. Aircraft status: Converted to D model.

Some members involved in the FTX are pictured above. Kneeling in the front row, left to right: Salli (rank and first name unknown) and SGT Lazora (first name unknown). Standing, left to right: SP4 Don Sekulich, SP4 Ken Brangwin, SP4 Don Weaver, SP4 Dennis Wise, SP4 Mark Ruschak. See how many rabbit ears you can find...
