             61-02410, Boeing build number B-014, was a HC-1B helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 13 February 1963. 61-02410 accumulated 4,099.7 aircraft hours.

   In July 1962, the Department of Defense redesignated all U.S. military aircraft to a new system. All HC-1B helicopters became CH-47A.

   At some point, 61-02410 was possibly in storage at Davis Monthan through about July 1991.

   On 20 September 1991, 61-02410 was inducted into the D model program and converted to 91-00265.

   As of 20 September 1991, the last known location of 61-02410 was at Boeing during the conversion.

   Aircraft status: Converted to D model.
