   At some point, 62-02116 was placed into storage at Davis Monthan through about October 1991.

   On 3 January 1992, 62-02116 was inducted into the D model program and converted to 92-00282.

   As of 3 January 1992, the last known location of 62-02116 was at Boeing during the conversion.
