             65-08009, Boeing build number B-181, was a CH-47A helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 15 April 1966. 65-08009 accumulated 3,561.8 aircraft hours.

   At some point, 65-08009 was assigned the 132nd Assault Support Helicopter Company (ASHC) - "Hercules", located at Hunter Army Airfield near Savannah, Georgia.

   At some point, 65-08009 was assigned to the 92nd Aviation Company - "Hook-ers", United States Army Reserve (USAR), located at Paine Field (KPAE), Everett, Washington, through an unknown end date.

   On 6 May 1986, 65-08009 was inducted into the D model program and converted to 86-01657.

   The last known location of 65-08009 was at Boeing during the conversion.
