             68-16019, Boeing build number B-611, was a CH-47C helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 11 September 1969. 68-16019 accumulated at least 1,536.0 aircraft hours. At some point, 68-16019 was assigned to the 180th Assault Support Helicopter Company (ASHC) - "Big Windy", in the Republic of Vietnam (RVN). At some point, 68-16010 was assigned to Fort Eustis as a Category B maintenance trainer through about October 1990. On 21 December 1990, 68-16019 was inducted into the D model program and converted to 91-00233. The last known location of 68-16019 was at Boeing during the conversion. Aircraft status: Converted to D model.
