   D Company was the former 295th Assault Support Helicopter Company (ASHC) - "Cyclones". D company was deactivated in approximately 1992.

   At some point, 87-00106 was assigned to Company F, 131st, Army National Guard, 2nd Army, located at Montgomery Airfield, Montgomery, Alabama, through at least 22 October 1999.

   As of 1 January 2002, this aircraft was 37.2 years old.

   As of October 1999, the last known location of 87-00106 was Montgomery, Alabama, assigned to Company F, 131st, Army National Guard.
