About the Website Historian

 

 

In May 2003, the senior website historian was inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Michael [Bronze Award], not only for significant contributions to Army Aviation, but for the development of this website and efforts to compile the most complete history of the Chinook available on the Internet. MG Carl H. McNair, Jr., Ret., former Chief of Staff, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command presented the award shown on the right.
